Delivery Information

For all in-stock parts we aim to dispatch your order on the same day or within 24 working hours. In rare cases of delay we will inform you via email and dispatch your order as soon as stock is available.

We endeavour to advertise the availability of our products and aim to dispatch all products at the advertised time.

There may be some instances where a product has become obsolete or discontinued.

If this is to arise we will offer you an alternative product if available or a refund. The majority of our items are delivered via Royal Mail but there may be instances where we use alternative courier companies. Our standard delivery for UK orders usually takes 3-5 working days from the date it is dispatched. If multiple items are ordered they may be delivered separately and may arrive at different times, however you will not be charged extra.

For UK and Republic of Ireland orders to be classed as “lost in transit” please allow two weeks (10 working days) from the date of dispatch. For all other international countries please allow three weeks before a lost in transit can be logged.

Deliveries to European countries, including Ireland, are estimated to take 5-10 working days. International orders to other continents are estimated to take 10-14 working days. To see a list of countries we are unable to ship to please click here.  

International orders outside of the UK may be subject to import and tax duties at their relevant customs. Please be aware that any additional charges for clearance are your responsibility.
