For cookers and ovens, the model is displayed on a sticker or data plate, usually behind the oven doors (around the frame). For hobs this is usually on the underside, side or back of the appliance.

Your model number may be a combination of letters and numbers, and include a slash (/). Your model number (ENR number) should look similar to this: B1330W1GB/02
