What if I haven’t receive my order after the estimated 5 working days?

Our standard delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days.

In the rare instance where your item has not arrived after the initially estimated delivery period we would kindly request you to wait up to 10 working days and then notify us if you still haven't received your order.

After 10 working days we can log a lost in post with our courier company and issue you a full refund.
